What we offer

The support we offer includes:

  • A reading and phonics audit

  • Funding for training, decodable books and resources for your SSP programme

  • Training delivered by experts to support schools to improve their Phonics provision, Early Reading, Early Language Development and reading for pleasure culture

  • Intensive in-school support from one of our Literacy Specialists if your school is taken on as a partner school

Areas we cover

We offer support to schools in the following Local Authority areas:

  • Cheshire East

  • Stockport

  • Tameside

  • Salford

  • Trafford

  • St Helens

  • Oldham

  • Bury

If your school is not in any of the areas above but you would like to receive support from the English Hub then get in touch and we may be able to offer you support, or direct you to your allocated English Hub.

Funding

We may be able to offer funding to you to purchase phonics resources, decodable books and training aligned with your SSP, subject to the results of your audit.
